What if I have a problem or question about a product?

We are comitted to your satisfaction. Should you have any concern about the quality of any product you buy from us, please contact our customer service team at and we will be glad to assist you. If you have a question about your product, please be sure to include the model number and serial number to allow our team to respond to you accurately.

To guarantee that your order is secure and to protect your privacy, our checkout process utilizes 128 bit encryption. 


What is your shipping policy?

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders may be delayed because we reserve the right to verify billing and/or shipping information.

Standard Shipping and Handling is available within the 48 contiguous states only (Saturday delivery is not available):

We normally ship very quickly, but orders may be delayed for up to 48 hours because we reserve the right to verify billing and/or shipping information. Some orders may also be delayed while being processed by our warehouse and shipping staff.

Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii: None available.

Shipping to Puerto Rico and US Territories: None available.

Shipping to a military address: None available.

    Most items may be shipped via USPS Priority, but some restrictions apply. You can expect delivery within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

    Orders may be delayed for up to 48 hours because we reserve the right to verify billing and/or shipping information.

We do not ship to other international locations at this time.

What is your tax policy?

If you are purchasing from our site from within California - Sales Tax will be added to your order as required by local state and county laws.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer a 14 day return policy with a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs back to Goshers must be arranged by the customer. All returns and refunds must be pre-approved through Goshers with an authorization code within 14 days of your purchase. Items received without a return code from Goshers cannot be returned or refunded and will be placed in a defective bin for disposal. We cannot credit any customer if we do not know why the unit was returned, and from whom. If your item was defective on arrival, please contact our customer service department immediately to arrange for a repair or replacement, at Goshers approved discretion.
